As a Software Engineer at Novicap, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our core platform. From ideation to deployment and beyond, you will be involved in every step of the development process. In your first month, you will get to know the company and the team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. By the three-month mark, you will be an integral part of our Tech team, contributing to the further development and fine-tuning of our platform. And within six months, you will be a key player, making autonomous contributions and helping to shape the quality of our products.
You will report directly to our CTO, who is passionate about technology and expects you to bring value to the team. Speaking of the team, there are already four software engineers waiting to welcome you with open arms.

In return for your talents and contributions, we offer a competitive salary starting at €40,000 and rising above €50,000, depending on your expertise.
