As one of our valued team members, you will play a crucial role in automating privacy requests, managing rate card updates from various carriers, and enhancing our internal admin capabilities. Your contributions will directly impact the experience of our valued customers and partners worldwide.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to work on building and improving our CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and safe production releases. You will also be responsible for responding quickly to system incidents and ensuring operational metrics are monitored to maintain high performance and quality in our Carriers Library.
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who excels in communication and customer success. Your exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effectively communicating relevant information and understanding customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have coding experience in server-side programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Ruby, as well as proficiency in database languages like SQL. Familiarity with server-side MVC frameworks such as Django or .NET will be an added advantage.
